Graphic facilitation isn’t only “pretty notetaking!” It brings to light themes and patterns, and connects/links concepts and ideas. It provides a holisitc view of multiple conversations, often occuring over the course of a whole day. Not only is the capture of the content robust and relevant, t’s an excellent way to engage and enthuse people, to maximize participation and learning and to give new life to ideas and concepts that ordinarily can get lost in scribbled notes on the back of an agenda. It allows you, the participant, to fully involve yourself in the discourse - I do the “notetaking,” you do the participating.

As you talk, dialogue or report out to a larger group, I draw. This is sometimes called "graphic recording." I capture your words in pictures and text. Classic.

You have a big idea you want to communicate to your organization. I'll work with you to develop a poster that''s fun and full of great information. The idea is you get your content out to your organization in a creative, engaging way that is sure to stay on people's minds!
CONTENT-RICH "KNOWLEDGE WALLS
Are you holding a session that has a lot of inputs that you'd like your participants to be able to access throughout the session? I can develop a content-rich "knowledge wall" that houses these articles, photos, models (you name it). The intent is to create a space that draws participants in and encourages them to interact with "pre-reads" and other relevant content in a new, engaging way!
TRADESHOW PRESENTATIONS
Do you have a 30 page PowerPoint presentation that is dense, ugly and tedious to get through? Do you have to present it to a group of people sometime soon? I have an idea - why don't you let me "recreate" it for you? I'll sit down with you and talk over your presentation, figure out what the key messages are and then develop a series of panels (usually 8 foot long pieces of foam core or they could be smaller drawings you drop into a PPT file) that you can speak to and interact with - much more interesting than dense text-heavy PowerPoint slides - more colorful, more fun, more effective!
STRATEGIC MODELING
Do you have a concept that you can just put into words but think might be much more effective in a simple, elegant model? You've seen strategic models before - they can accomplish in a few lines what might take a day to explain to someone. I can help you develop a model that will effectively communicate your idea to anyone!
SESSION DELIVERABLES
I always produce a nice deliverable for you after an event - one that contains all the work I produced in a nice PowerPoint deck with a nice, attractive cover. However, I can also create more content driven deliverables - I take content produced during your session by the participants and synthesize it into a nice, "executive summary" that you can then use to communicate the results of your session to a larger audience. I can work with you on this or have a go at it myself and then let you make necessary adjustments as you see fit. This takes a lot off your plate and gives you a nice looking, content-rich document with which to work and move forward. (I also do graphic design work, so if you have a PPT deck you'd like to make a bit snazzier, I can do that too).
